Terry Hurley

Managing Director/Partner

Terry has a long and varied career of serving clients at every level of an organization, whether as a trusted advisor to top management or as a hands-on manager. At Pepsi Cola, he worked in sales & marketing, distribution, and operations. He later served as VP of Marketing and Communications at Nextel/Sprint. Terry then went to the agency world, serving as VP of Digital and Business Development at IPG’s Zipatoni. Prior to Bailey & Co., he ran his own marketing consultancy. With a love for strategy and knack for spotting trends, Terry began noticing back in 2007 how the changing expectations of consumers were forcing companies to re-evaluate how they do business—and how some companies were embracing this to drive growth. Which is what ultimately led him to start Bailey & Co. His experience with corporations, NGO’s, non-profits and government agencies uniquely positions him where profit, good, and policy all intersect.

Meredith (Miller) Schasch

Meredith brings a strong background in social media, marketing strategy, and execution to Bailey & Co. developed through her varied experiences in journalism, advertising, and higher learning. After graduating with a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri, Meredith worked as a journalist for local television news stations where she spent her days pitching, writing, filming, and editing her own news stories and promoting them on social media. This provided a natural transition to advertising where she worked as a social community manager and later as an Account Executive. She then became a Marketing Communications Strategist at Washington University-St. Louis where she is currently working on her MBA. Meredith was introduced to Bailey & Co. when the agency participated in her marketing class at Washington University-St. Louis. She was drawn to the agency by the prospect of using her skills for organizations making a real difference in the world.
